Community & Art Therapy
Creative Connections is held every other Friday at 4:30pm – 6pm Located at The Cottage, 700 Zucksville RD, Easton PA
This is a safe space to cultivate the creative process as we connect deeper to ourselves in a more meaningful way.
Art Therapy on a Farm is for people looking to engage in outdoor and artistic activities within a compassionate community at the Flint Hill Farm in Coopersburg, PA.
Meet n’ Greets with farm tours and art as therapy
Family Growth is for children (4-8 years old) with their guardians who want to engage in creative games, activities, and with farm activities. They will be guided with themes on building strong bonds, healthy communication, and emotional intelligence.
Creative Kids is for 8-10 year olds looking to have a safe place to explore with art and have some gentle education on their emotions with the creative process and outdoor activities.
Courage is for middle schoolers looking to find empowerment with creative freedom and team building farm activities.
Community is for High Schoolers looking for a compassionate community to destress with from expanding pressures in life with art making and outdoor activities on the farm. This group encourages autonomy with choices in activities, cooperation with others, and gathering in a positive way together.
Creative Roots is for adults looking to be in a compassion community while reconnecting to the most natural parts of themselves with art as therapy, gardening, and farm activities.
Individual Sessions
Looking to engage with your mental wellness in a supportive creative space? That is what my individual art therapy sessions are made for!
